Riverview is a residential development in Hout Bay. Hout Bay is a beautiful harbour village surrounded by mountains. The apartment is on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors leading onto a grassed area.The second bedroom has two single beds and is situated at the front of the apartment. There is one large bathroom with a shower,bath, toilet and basin.
The lounge has patio doors leading out to a patio with braai area. The kitchen and dining area is attached to the lounge. There is a TV and video.The kitchen has a fridge freezer and a washing machine.The apartment is fully equipped for 4 people. It looks out over the river although this is obscured at certain times of the year by foliage.
There is a small swimming pool in the complex. The apartment has an adjacent covered car space. Hout Bay is a small bustling town that is suitable for all ages. The harbour area is a working fishing port with shops and seal tours.
The beach is fun to explore, surf, swim,run and walk. The restaurant Dunes is a wonderful place to eat, meet friends and have a relaxing drink looking over the beach.
There is a Sunday Market selling local produce and arts and crafts.
